Our fast growing law firm is looking for an efficient, organized, and detail-oriented legal administrative assistant to help our attorney and assist our clients as they create a plan for their future. You’ll assist with the preparation of legal documents, work with financial advisors to ensure our client’s assets are properly transferred to their trust, proofread, and complete various tasks associated with finalizing estate plans.
If you have experience in a professional services environment, work well under pressure, have strong customer service skills and attention to detail, and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in the legal industry, we want to connect with you.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a professional office setting.
