Holmes Family Law is a fast-growing family and estate planning law firm with our primary office located in Bluffton, South Carolina. Our work is focused on the unique legal and estate planning needs of both young families and empty nesters. We provide exceptional client service and high-quality legal services in the areas of wills, trusts, estates and asset protection. We discuss sensitive topics that will help our clients create a better future for their families. Our role is to eliminate any feelings of stress and hesitation and provide our clients genuine peace of mind. We are a close-knit team who enjoy a relaxed, yet professional work environment.
Our office is located in the beautiful Old Town Bluffton area. We are located near great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks and walking trails. Our space is professional, yet comfortable and inviting.
Our culture is based on collaboration, integrity and service. We strive to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients as well as our employees. We work hard, we have fun and we enjoy a work-life balance not seen in many other law firms.
We imagine a world where families are complete and every child is loved and cared for. We imagine that every child from a family we work with has a bright future because their parents have worked together to create a legal plan for them that will carry on for generations to come.
Our mission is to help couples build the families of their dreams. We also strive to help parents (and grandparents) create a legal plan, so that their children always know they are loved, cared for, and protected, no matter what.
